Govt Moves to Check Benami Aadhar To Be Made Must For Property Deals.


In a move meant to curb benami transactions and therefore the use of black cash in realty deals, the govt. is going to build Aadhaar-based authentication necessary at the time of registration of documents like agreement purchasable, power of lawyer and can among others. The govt. has additionally firmed up plans to modify electronic registration of properties, that Aadhaar-based authentications are going to be a requirement in company formation in India.

Govt To Centralise New Company Registration Process To Improve Ease Of Doing Business


In a significant step towards improving the ease of doing business, the Corporate Affairs Ministry will soon centralise the whole process related to registering a new company and strive to complete the processing within a day.
The Central Registration Centre (CRC) to speed up services for incorporation of companies, set up by the Corporate Affairs Ministry, is already functional company incorporation in gurgaon.
The Ministry, which is implementing the Companies Act, has been taking various measures to further improve the ease of doing business in the country, a priority of the current government in setting up a subsidiary in India.

Continuing the efforts, CRC would now carry out the processing and disposal of e-forms and all related matters pertaining to registration of companies.

Traders Promised Registration in One Day


Even as the contours of the GST remain fluid, the Delhi government has eased the procedure for grant of registration to fresh applications to encourage more traders to contribute towards its kitty of ValueAdded Tax (VAT).
Guidelines eased:
In circular issued on Friday, The department of trade and taxes said that applicant dealers would be granted company registration in india within a day of applying through a mobile platform, even as it eased guidelines around the provision of bank details for the purpose. The provision of providing bank account details at the time of applying for registration under the DVAT and CST act has been made optional which will encourage more traders to register.
